Breaking the Rules for Tights

I've never been one for wearing tights; I'll chalk it up to living in hot and humid south Florida, where wearing tights would just be too unrealistic, but this group of leg wear makes me rethink my 'no tights for me' mentality. Hey, it gets cool (even cold) here too! I'm going to break my rule and go for it this year- yes, I know, I'm such a rebel!
