Shiny Black & Chambray Blue

I saw a street style outfit like this in some magazine and had to recreate it. I love the mix of textures with the shiny leggings, chambray shirt, and gauzy scarf. This look is perfect for the weather— it finally got down to (about) 65°F brrrr.... hahaha! Ya, it was cold for us down here :)

My Christmas spirit isn't up to full swing yet, but I still need to put up decorations and trim the tree (which I still need to decide how I want to look). I've been more concerned with baking yummy things like my blueberry crumble muffins (here) and the most amazing cranberry bread.

Elizabeth & James blazer, Madewell shirt, Forever 21 leggings,
Vera Wang scarf, Diane Von Furstenberg  boots

Your boots are fantastic! Love how the chambray contrasts with the black and orange. Love it! xo

this is such a great outfit!!! i love it. it's like playful and grown up all at the same time, and i adore that kind of juxtaposition in outfits.

i can't tell exactly from the pics, but your leggings look shiny... in which case, i have a pair just like them and i think they are fabulous.

thanks for your awesome comments on my sunglass hut blog! i love that you replied to other people as well and are interested in the techie stuff. i responded to your comment about polaroids being discontinued... there is actually a camera called the fuji instax that takes polaroid type instant photos. they are a little smaller, but really cute and fun. =)
